The 8th overall selection in the 2019 NFL Draft the Detroit Lions selected TJ Hockenson, a tight end out of the University of Iowa Hawkeyes. Winning the John Mackey Award for the nations top collegiate tight end, TJ has proven that he can dominate every phase of the game from the tight end position. Next year will be a little tougher as he heads into the always competitive NFC North.
