Home›Minnesota Vikings Metrodome End Zone Panoramic Picture
This panorama, taken by James Blakeway, spotlights the Minnesota Vikings playing on their home turf at Mall of America Field at the Hubert H. Humphrey Metrodome. With the eyes of the nation on Minnesota, the Vikings did not disappoint and, on a last second field goal, went on to defeat their division rival, the Green Bay Packers, and solidify their position in the playoffs. From the very first game on August 5, 1961, the Minnesota Vikings have been among the National Football League's elite and have proved that winning is a big part of their makeup. Over the past half-century, the Vikings have consistently been at the top of their division.
