After recently firing coach Mike Yeo, the Minnesota Wild have been as up and down as it comes in the NHL. Prior to their recent 3-game skid, the Wild were on a tear - winning six games in a row to the likes of the Blackhawks, the Kings, the Flames, and the Avalanche. Momentum is key in the NHL playoffs, though with the pressure on in keeping the Colorado Avalanche (82 points) out, and our own playoff chances alive (87 points), either a Wild win or an Avalanche loss is required to keep our playoff hopes alive.
