Turnaround Orders are processed within 1-2 business days between Monday-Friday, weather permitting. Weekend orders will be processed the following Monday.

Carriers We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: USPS, UPS Order Tracking If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. Back Orders We do not back order products. If we are unable to fill a portion of your order we will contact you before shipping the part we have in stock. Out of stock products will be cancelled and you will be notified if that occurs.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
How To Return an Item Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, You must return the item within 30 days from the delivery date. 1. Bloomington, MN 55425 3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. Product must be in same condition as received, with no stains or odors. Hats cannot be curved, if you curve your hat and try to send it back, it will not be accepted. Return Exceptions

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. Please check with us. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Clearance items cannot be returned, because they are final sale items and marked to the lowest price to sell. Exchanges If your clothing item is in like new condition, you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
